TLDR: On the scale of 1 to 10, how much does the presented articles is important as perceived by me. Articles with highest importance gets the value 10, and the lowest importance gets the value 1. In some rare and retarded cases,Null intellect gets value of 0.
Articles of highest importance is given 10, and then that of lowest importance if given 1.
Why such metric?
Intellect Index is a metric that I use while making notes. Consider it as a kind of metric that shows how important a specific written piece of article is on this website.
